Dr. Noah is a graduate of Northeast College of Health Sciences, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He previously completed his Bachelor of Science at the University of Pittsburgh. During his academic career, Dr. Noah was inducted into the Honors College and earned an Advanced Certification in Sports Science and Human Performance.

From an early stage in his career, Dr. Noah was driven to serve his local community by helping individuals improve mobility, accelerate recovery, and live pain-free. Chiropractic care provided the ideal opportunity to combine his passion for physical rehabilitation with hands-on patient care. He has also completed additional training in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage (IASTM), which allows him to better treat clients focused on maintaining an active lifestyle.

Dr. Noah is proud to return to his hometown of Rochester to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages. He has a particular interest in working with athletes as well as treating patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents.

Dr. Devaney is a native of the area and grew up in Victor, NY. She completed her undergraduate degree at Syracuse University, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the biology program. She then completed her Doctorate in Chiropractic at New York Chiropractic College (now known as Northeast College of Health Sciences) in April of 2021. While at NYCC, Dr. Devaney was on the dean’s list for 10 consecutive trimesters, was inducted into the Phi Chi Omega Honors Society, and graduated top of her class with honors. She had the unique experience of growing up as the daughter of a chiropractor and has had the privilege of seeing how the profession has transformed over the last 20 years. Dr. Devaney places an emphasis on cultivating a strong doctor-patient relationship, as trust and understanding are essential to providing the best possible care to her patients. She believes in finding the root cause of your pain, rather than just treating a set of symptoms. She looks forward to working with all types of patients in order to help them live pain-free life. Outside of the office, Dr. Devaney likes to spend nights relaxing with her two cats, Nacho and Midnight, as well as adventuring/going on hikes with her husband, Cody.

Dr. Bechard, a former chronic neck pain and headache sufferer, decided to pursue a career in this profession after finding relief from years of pain through his experience with a chiropractor. He appreciated the hands-on approach to care and combined with the advice and home exercise given to him he was able to take control of his own problem and was quick to overcome it. It is because of his experience that he continues the tradition of providing education to his patients in a simple, understandable manner to help them achieve quick success.

A graduate of New York Chiropractic College, he has been a practicing chiropractor in Rochester, NY since 2012. Dr. Bechard is a health explorer, exercise advocate, and an avid outdoorsman.

Dr. DeNero became interested in chiropractic when he followed his father on a visit to get adjusted.  The doctor was very thorough in his explanations for what he was doing and why, which sparked an interest in the profession.  Since that time, Dr. DeNero has devoted himself to learning as much as he can about the human body and how it works.  He has shown a great aptitude for both adjusting and non-adjustive techniques and specializes in finding a treatment option that the patient will be most comfortable with. Since his first exposure to the profession, he has held strong to the belief that treatment should be built on educating the patient first and foremost, and so he takes time to teach each and every person that he has the pleasure to work with.

Dr. D is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls. He lives in Pittsford with his wife Larissa and their two boys, Lincoln and Cash.
