We offer infrared sauna services, cold plunges, and contrast therapy. The best part? They’re all in the same space with a shower/changing room, so you don’t have to leave the space!

We reserve each sauna session for 55 minutes. Up to 45 minutes can be spent in the sauna and the last 10 are allotted for use of the shower and/or to give you the necessary time to get dressed and ready to continue your day!
Upon check-in you will be given a cold, eucalyptus towel to help you cool down and relax after your sauna session. A staff member will escort you to the sauna room and show you where everything is and how to use different settings on the sauna. And then the sweat begins!

You can create your own protocol based on your personal needs and goals but do not exceed 8 minutes in a single submersion.
Beginner:
Intermediate/Advanced:
Temperature ~45°
Submerge full body including head immediately upon entering plunge
Remain submerged to neckline and breathe slowly in through your nose and out through your mouth
Focus on relaxing your body
Cycle dunking hands in and out of the water in 10 second intervals
This protocol should last between 2 – 4 minutes
For Fat loss:
Follow the protocol above BUT allow your body to shiver the whole time you are submerged and wait 1 – 2 minutes after getting out of the plunge before drying off.
