Bodhi Tree Yoga has offered small, supportive yoga classes with expert instruction for students of all levels of experience and ability in the Rochester area since 2009. Their goal is to help each student nourish their body, mind, and heart through the rich practices of yoga and meditation. Amy Jo and Cathy offer a warm & friendly environment, with a good dose of laughter and playfulness thrown in!

About the Instructor:
My name is Natasha Ramos and I am a certified Zumba instructor with a love for dance and movement. After dancing for several years and experiencing the incredible physical and mental benefits it offers, I felt inspired to take the next step and become an instructor. My mission is to create a welcoming space where people can destress , stay active and most importantly have fun. Through high energy classes and a strong sense of community, I aim to help others feel empowered, joyful and connected.
