Dylan Cassidy, LMT
I grew up in Lake Placid, New York playing hockey, which developed my early interest in musculoskeletal health and recovery. I received my training at the New York Institute of Massage, where I focused on therapeutic techniques aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, and supporting overall function. My work commonly addresses conditions affecting the neck, shoulders, lower back, and legs using modalities such as lymphatic drainage, myofascial techniques, and deep tissue therapy. I take an educational approach with clients, clearly explaining the techniques used and the clinical reasoning behind them to promote a better understanding of their body and treatment plan.
